How to remember to stand up
The new GetUpp Assist device helps you to stand up several times a day when you’re at work. It’s a discreet little friend that sits on the side of your desk and tells you when it’s time to stand up during the day.
GetUpp Assist reminds you to use your height-adjustable desk at intervals that you define, and it even helps you set your desk to the correct ergonomic heights for sitting and standing. In this way, you can vary your working postures and become more active during your workday.

Achieve the correct ergonomic sitting and standing height
The built-in sensor in GetUpp Assist detects every time you approach or leave your desk.
GetUpp Assist can help you adjust your desk to the correct ergonomic sitting and standing height. The first time you set up GetUpp Assist, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps to find your ideal sitting and standing height.
Afterwards, your GetUpp Assist will light up green when you are at the correct sitting or standing height.
When you move your sit-stand desk between sitting and standing positions, the LED indicator will light up yellow.

How does it work?
Once your GetUpp Assist is set up, it will nudge you towards reaching your self-defined goal of standing during your workday. This happens through two different cycles.
Sitting cycle
The integrated LED indicator starts by glowing red when you’re in a sitting cycle. One by one, each of the four LED markers will begin to light up red, and when all four are red, it’s time for you to stand up. At the same time, a gentle vibration will also occur.
You have the option to snooze GetUpp Assist up to three times. After that, it will stop reminding you to stand.
Standing cycle
When you’re in a standing cycle, the LED indicator will start by glowing green. One by one, each of the four LED markers will begin to light up green, and when all four are green, you have completed your standing cycle.
Extra features
GetUpp Assist has a built-in USB port, allowing you to charge your mobile phone while using GetUpp Assist.
You can easily detach and reattach GetUpp Assist from the docking station on your desk. This makes it convenient to take GetUpp Assist home to your home office, where you only need an additional docking station.
