Active vs. sedentary

This page shows how much of your workday you have spent in motion and how much you have been sitting down. This is in relation to the goal you have set for yourself. For example, you can set a goal to be active for 2 hours of your workday.
On this screen, you can see that 37% of the work time was spent inactive. However, Randi has been active for 3 hours and 40 minutes out of the 2 hours, which is her goal.


To change your active or sedentary goal, you need to press the menu in the top right corner.
Then, click on settings.


Then you will see this screen. Here, you click on the second item in the top overview (the target icon).


Here you can see that the current goal is set to reduce daily inactivity by 2 hours. Furthermore, the working hours are set to be from 07:00 to 17:00.
You can adjust your goals by pressing either + or -. Once you have set the desired goal, press save changes. Your changes will then be active from the next working day.
