Please note that these terms and conditions only apply to sales and services in Denmark. For delivery of products or services abroad, different conditions may apply and you should contact us in advance.

We deal with businesses and public institutions, which means that we require information about a valid

CVR no., which will be the basis for the credit assessment.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Prices are daily prices and subject to change without notice.

Shipping prices apply to delivery in Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Subject to printing errors and other conditions.

In general, prices quoted in an offer will be valid for 30 days from the date of the offer. Prices may also be adjusted as a result of exchange rate changes, tax changes, or supply shortages.

Payment

Payment is made by sending an invoice.

Payment terms are 14 days net unless otherwise agreed.

Payment of the invoice must be made no later than the date indicated on the invoice as the last due date for payment. If payment is made after the due date, interest of 2% per month will be charged until the amount due is paid.

Right of cancellation

Business customers and public institutions have no right to cancel.

Delivery in Denmark

Delivery ex-stock.

Delivery times are generally agreed upon individually with your consultant/advisor.

GetUpp A/S only works with reputable and professional carriers in Denmark. Delivery is done to the curbside, on solid ground, and at street level.

The customer/recipient is obliged to check the delivery upon reception, i.e. to check the outer packaging. If the packaging has any tears in the cardboard, foil, box, or any other visible damage, a complaint MUST be made to the carrier so that this is noted immediately.

Failure to file an objection may result in the customer having to pay for any damage to the goods that may be discovered at a later date.

Visible damage to the goods:

If you discover visible damage and markings on the goods upon reception, you must note this on the waybill. You must never sign a consignment note without annotating the consignment note if there is visible damage.

Please note that damaged packages must not be opened until you have contacted us.

Damage to the goods, which can only be determined after unpacking, MUST be reported to GetUpp A/S within 5 days of receipt. Write to us at support@getupp.io.

We reserve the right to deliver an order in several stages (partial delivery).

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, failure to collect, refusal to receive, or any other reason caused by the buyer, we reserve the right to charge any costs for reshipment or other such costs.

Delivery outside Denmark

For overseas delivery, write to us at support@getupp.io for quotes, freight rates, and delivery times. 

Instructions for use and assembly

To the necessary extent, we will provide a user manual and/or assembly instructions with your product. The format can be paper, PDF, or YouTube. The language can alternate between Danish and English.

Prohibition of resale

When you shop with us, you confirm that you are not buying for resale.

As a business customer and public institution, we will always set a quantity limit corresponding to what we can deliver.

Product responsibility

We are only obliged to compensate for the damage resulting from a defective product if you can prove that we have been negligent in relation to the product We will not be liable for loss of business, loss of profits, or other indirect losses.

Reservation of property

We retain ownership of the goods delivered until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs related to the enforcement of the reservation of property shall be borne by the buyer.

Right of complaint

For business customers and public institutions, we provide a 12-month warranty from the original invoice date.

There may be cases where the manufacturer provides a warranty beyond 1 year and therefore the individual product may have an extended manufacturer’s warranty. However, this does not apply to the entire order, but only to the individual product.

If your complaint is justified, you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund, or a price reduction, but it depends on the situation. Replacement or repair does not lead to a new 12-month warranty period.

If you discover a fault or defect, you must contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time describing the fault or defect. If you complain within 2 months, the fault will always be timely.

The right to complain about lapses if the fault or defect is caused by the buyer as a result of faulty repair, handling, improper use, or the like.

For complaints, please call +45 31160101- or write to support@getupp.io with documentation and a description of the fault. Please include a copy of your invoice. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to arrange a repair or replacement if the complaint is justified.

We naturally endeavor to process complaints as quickly as possible. In the case of product defects that need to be tested and possibly repaired by our suppliers, it may be necessary to send the product abroad, which will delay the process.

If any complaint proves to be unjustified and not caused by a defect in the equipment, transport costs for the forwarding and return of the equipment may be charged to the customer.

Personal data

All information is processed by the Personal Data Act.

To deliver your order, you must provide at least these personal data: name, address, e-mail, and phone number. Both your personal data and order history are recorded and stored for 5 years, after which the data is deleted.

As a data subject, you always have the right to access and the right to object to the registration in accordance with the Personal Data Act. If you consider the information to be inaccurate, it is your right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data upon your request. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we intended to use it.
