A hundred years ago, 80% of the work we did required physical activity. Only about 20% was sedentary work. In today’s Denmark, it’s the exact opposite. Now, we spend most of our waking hours sitting – and that’s a problem! Your body isn’t designed to sit still for the majority of the day.
