Explanation of Active versus Sitting

On this page, you can see the following:

  • How long you have been active

  • How long you have been sitting down

  • You can also change the period you want to view information from.

This page shows how much of your day you spent being active and how much you spent sitting down. These periods are shown in relation to the goals you have defined for yourself. For example, you can set a goal to be active for two hours of your working day.

On this screen, you can see that 43% of the working time was spent sitting down.
